Chrome Beta Menu Does Not Display

Device name: LG K20V

From "Settings > About Chrome"
Application version: 71.0.3578.31
Operating system: Android 7.0

Steps to reproduce:
(1) Open Chrome Beta
(2) Click three-dot menu
(3)

Expected result: The menu should pop upward. Instead it displays downward, off screen. Cannot access menu items.

Unable to reproduce this issue on latest beta 71.0.3578.31 using Android 7 on Samsung Galaxy J7. Menu is seen upward and able to select menu items.

@sheysegelhorst: Please provide screencast to reproduce this issue from TE end. Any further information on reproducing the issue would help in triaging.
