[iOS] ☂ Umbrella bug for supporting the blocking option for more JavaScript modal UI

Issue description

The JavaScript dialog blocking option is currently only shown for alert(), confirm(), prompt() and HTTP authentication dialogs.  This should be extended to support all UI that can be presented modally from JavaScript (go/bling-javascript-dos-prevention).
