What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open https://butter-lentil.glitch.me/ on Chrome in Android
(2) While the H is being scaled correctly - the poo emoji is cut off.

What is the expected result?
Both the emoji and the H should be rendered correctly

bisect tool (https://www.chromium.org/developers/bisect-builds-py) to help
us identify the root cause and more rapidly triage the issue.
