Users report issues with their printers.  To support printer features, we need to know what features a printer is advertising and what their printer setup looks like.  Collecting this in feedback will collect data from too many people.  Add a command in crosh that will generate a bug report for printers that includes detected attributes and the user's printer configuration so that users can add this to a bug.
