Cannot type in Google Search when the Google Chrome Browser is full page

Issue description

<b>Chrome Version       : <from About Google Chrome/Chromium></b>
URLs (if applicable) : www.google.com / main page
OS version               : MacOS Mojave Version 10.44
Behavior in Safari (if applicable): it works on safari
Behavior in Firefox (if applicable): it works on FireFox

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open the Google Chrome App from MacBook Pro 2018 or different version
(2) Make it big page
(3) Try to type on Search Box , it doesnt work

What is the expected result?
As a user , I should able to type on search box

What happens instead?

I couldnt type on search box

The Google Chrome Version : Version 70.0.3538.77 (Official Build) (64-bit)
It's being handled in issue 868398.
I think issue 868398 is about tool bar and the issue I reported is about searching box does not work when the google chrome on full screen
issue 868398 : 	[MacViews] In Fullscreen Mode, and the Hide the Toolbar option is enabled, Tabstrip/Omnibox/BMB don't appear when you move the mouse to the top of the screen

Thanks for the report. Issue 868398 is related to this one. Once issue 868398 is fixed, this issue will be fixed, too.
