Steps to reproduce:
  1. Launch Chrome and go to https://rsolomakhin.github.io/autofill/ 
  2. Place cursor in text box type a few chars and then scroll page.
  3. Again type in text using the keyboard 
  
Observed results:
Page fails to jump back to the text input box to make an input visible after scrolling the page and entering a few texts in any text box

Page should jump back to the text input box to make an input visible on scrolling the page and entering a few texts in any text box
