Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open www.google.com
2. Search something
3. See "Goooooogle" pagination at the foter or search results page

What is the expected behavior?
Thats rendered without artifacts, as it is in FireFox (fro example)

What went wrong?
Google Chrome 70.0.3538.77 (64-bit)

in some of last versions of google chrome, i regulary see the render artifacts of sprite icons and grapchics, this is observed in thin strokes on certain colors

My graphics:
integrated into CPU chip
Intel® HD Graphics 530 (Skylake GT2) 
used proprietary driver version: i915

At browser's not based on WebKit, for example as FireFox (Quantum 63.0) - this problem is not reproduced

Did this work before? Yes I suppose that 58.x version

Does this work in other browsers? Yes
