Gallery app should use term "folder" instead of "directory"

Reported by norb...@rittel.de, Nov 2

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 11151.11.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.21 Safari/537.36
Platform: 11151.11.0 (Official Build) dev-channel panther

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open some single image in a folder, for example a screen shot.
2. In the Gallery app click the trash icon to delete it.
3. Confirm the deletion.

What is the expected behavior?
In Chrome OS the user-facing term for a directory is "folder", like "New folder" in the Files app.

What went wrong?
The Gallery app displays the error

    No images in this directory.

That should be replaced with

    This folder contains no images.

Did this work before? N/A
