Issue descriptionChrome Version: 72.0.3599.0 (Official Build) 82c7cfa9c7fd09ada624b966c15a6784d3760132-refs/branch-heads/3599@{#1} (32/64 Bit) OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14.1), Linux(14.04 LTS). What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://settings/content/notifications 2. Minimize browser up to LHS last limit. 3. Press TAB key until focus reaches first entry under Allow. 4. Observe. Actual: Tool-tip is seen chopped when focus reaches first entry. Expected: Tool-tip should not be seen chopped focus reaches first entry. This is a regression issue, broken in M-70 series, and below is the bisect-info Good Build: 70.0.3530.0(Revision:584942) Bad Build: 70.0.3531.0(Revision:585560) CHANGE-LOG URL: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/70.0.3530.0..70.0.3531.0?pretty=fuller&n=10000 Suspect: r585393 ? aee: Could you please check whether this is caused with respect to your change, if not please help us in assigning it to the right owner. Note: 1. Tried performing 'per revision' bisect on multiple Windows and Mac machines but unable to perform the same since getting "RuntimeError: We don't have enough builds to bisect." error. 2. Unable to perform Chromium bisect as issue is not reproducible on it. 3. Hence providing suspect manually. 4. Issue is also reproducible on Stable #70.0.3538.77, Beta #71.0.3578.30, Dev build #72.0.3595.2 Kindly refer the screen-cast from the link given below Thank You! |
