Gesture function not works for US keyboard after switch to xkb keyboard then switch back

REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to US keyboard
2.Slide input anything 
3.Switch to another xkb keyboard
4.Switch back to US keyboard
5.Slide input again

Actual:
Gesture functions not works

Repro for all US keyboards , with switch to another xkb keyboards then switch back to US keyboards
