Slide input O K will display non-English suggest words in US keybaord

REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to US keyboard
2.Slide input OK , check its suggest words

Actual:
Will display French characters, see attached video

Note:
Not repro with Tapping  o k ,

This version is RC10 ;
sometimes, it not repro. but when you refresh web page, with capital input status,  slide to input O K, will repro
