Headline is appearing multiple times in News

Unable to reproduce this issue on Nexus 6p and Samsung Galaxy J7 using chrome version 70.0.3538.80.

@ sureshnittrichy: Please provide screenshot of the issue along with chrome/webview and device details. This would help in further triaging of the issue.
