Reset settings 2. Used different Chromebooks, Chromeboxes, accounts 3. Changed keyboards What is the expected behavior? The "search" key on keyboard should function as a Caps Lock What went wrong? Caps Lock stopped working after last update Did this work before? Yes 69 Chrome version: 70.0.3538.76 Channel: stable OS Version: 11021.56.0 Flash Version: Bring it back!

External keyboard "Search" key now has a different setting. Please look at the setting at the bottom "External Meta". It's still mapped to "Search". The "Search" remap option at the top refers to your internal keyboard. We improved this a bit in M-71 to avoid confusion. See issue 890522. |
