when going into full screen mode on a video and then exiting out of full screen, my bookmarks and top search bar go away mkaing me open a new tab and go back to the original for it to show up again

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. enter full screen on any video
2. exit full screen
3. bookmarks and seach tab gone

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
bookmarks and search tab wont show up

OS Version: OS X 10.12.6

Thanks for the issue...

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 70.0.3538.77 using Mac 10.12.6. Attaching screen-cast for reference.
Steps: 
------
1. Launched reported chrome 
2. Navigated https://www.youtube.com
3. Played a video and enter full screen mode and clicked exit full screen
As we have observed that the bookmarks and search tab displayed after exit full screen

@Reporter: Request you to retry this issue with fresh profile without any extensions & apps or reset all the flags and let us know if issue still persists.

[Mac triage] Thanks for the report. This sounds like another issue that will be fixed in Chrome 71. Take a look and let us know if not.
