ChromeOS version: 69.0.3497.120
ChromeOS device model: reks
Case#: 17225421
Chromebook is asking users to enter 'old passwords' while password was never changed. Issue is widely spread among users. They are using SSO.
At first we thought it maybe crbug.com/867724 but I never saw "dictionary attack" error, so consider it as new bug.
