Description: 
Due to a series of infrastructure issues (ex  issue 901046 ), we have not had a Chrome uprev since Oct 27.

This PFQ run:
https://cros-goldeneye.corp.google.com/chromeos/healthmonitoring/buildDetails?buildbucketId=8931074565201271680

only had these failing slaves:
https://cros-goldeneye.corp.google.com/chromeos/healthmonitoring/buildDetails?buildbucketId=8931073841468025952

and the past 3-4 failures were due to infra.

Status: WontFix (was: Started)
The PFQ has gone green, and the rebased CL had merge conflicts. Abandoning.
