Since it was mentioned when we talked, can you confirm that Webex can get a preview of this window, even when the window isn't foregrounded?

The Cisco Webex Meetings desktop app replaces Webex Productivity Tools in WBS33. And fortunately, the window of Meeting desktop app can get a preview in the picker. So it's time to update to WBS33 now :) Generally, if we get black preview of a window in the picker, it means that window doesn't support GDI capture methods, BitBlt()/PrintWindow(). But as shown in https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=700037#c10, I also noticed that some other app can get preview of a UWP/HW-accelerated window. Not sure how they can achieve that yet.
