Feature request:

Currently hitting the "submit to CQ" button adds a Commit-Queue +2 but there's no messages associated with the change. It would be nice if developers could set up a custom message for e.g. thanking reviewers.

I do it manually now by hitting "Reply", typing something like "thanks!" and then hitting CQ+2 and then "Send".
