Currently, Android has two video decode paths, neither of which is compatible with SharedImage.

Android Video Decode Accelerator (AVDA) - legacy path being deprecated, might not be worth updating.

Media Codec Video Decoder (MCVD) - new path, needs to be updated. Current code relies heavily on GLImages and textures, creating a mailbox. It needs to be transitioned to a SharedImage mailbox.
