Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. HP Chromebook 11 G4 upgrade to 70
2. Chromebook won't display image

What went wrong?
I have now had 4 HP Chromebook 11 G4's that after the update can not start. By chance I discovered that if I open them and disconnect the screen it can then start and reconnect the screen. Something seems to be wrong with the first restart of the display driver after upgrade.
