LBS adding none to url

Reported by cegglest...@gmail.com, Nov 1

Issue description

Chrome version: 70.0.3538.77
Internet Explorer version: 11
OS version: 7\10
Legacy Browser Support (LBS) Version: 5.4 5.5
Case#: 17378606

Description: The issue we are facing is that when Chrome launches IE for the first time it is adding “none” to the front of the url. If IE is already open we do not see this. Adding none to the front of the url forces I.E. to search the for the string instead of passing it as a url.

Steps to reproduce: All I have to do to reproduce this issue is launch anything form chrome that will trigger the redirect to IE

Current Behavior / Reproduction: see description

Expected Behavior: Launch IE with directly to the URL

As discussed on the mail thread. The issue is that "none" was entered as content of the "Alternative Browser Parameters" policy. Due to a bug this value used to be ignored in older versions of LBS and now this is fixed and therefore this was appended to the command line. The problem was resolved by clearing the policy value.
