Error Code 924

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.77 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Firstly, start your Mac system and insert the installation disk in DVD.
2. Wait to appear the first interface.
3. Double click install Mac OS X and restart
4. Choose the language and accept the license agreement and press continue to install after Reboot
5. Now select your installation type to Archive and Install to preserve user account, home folder, and network settings.
6. Choose a destination where you install Mac OS
7. Customize your installation, select software click on Install
8. After completing re-installation the computer will reboot.

What went wrong?
sometimes it happens that some sites on mac become not responsive. It may be due to that the version of the site is too older or there is a problem in Macbook. the error code 924 makes the mac useless.
