What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover Build -> Welcome screen is seen -> immediately observe 'Shut down' option -> It is seen as faded text then after few seconds text can be seen clearly 
(Please refer Video)

Expected:  'Shut down' text should be seen clearly 
Actual: Instead  'Shut down' Text is seen as faded text after recovering Build

This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-62
