Regression : Selected wallpaper at 'Currently set' is seen blur in 'Set Wallpaper' overlay

Chrome Version: 72.0.3593.0/11216.0.0 dev-channel Gnawty,Cyan and Blaze
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> on screen Right click -> select 'Set Wallpaper' option
(2)In 'Set Wallpaper' overlay ->in any tab select any wallpaper(Ex:In 'Cityscapes' select some X wallpaper) -> observe selected wallpaper is seen at 'Currently set' and it is seen blur
(Please refer Video)

Expected: Selected wallpaper at 'Currently set' should be seen clearly
Actual: Instead selected wallpaper at 'Currently set' is seen blur

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine o M-69

It is not blurred. Could you attach a screenshot if you observer blur? Thanks.

Thanks.. I don't see a difference in the screenshot. The image quality of the preview may be slightly lower, but it's not blurred.
