Issue descriptionChrome Version:72.0.3593.0/11216.0.0 dev-channel Gnawty, Cyan and Blaze OS: Chrome OS What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Sign-in to user>> Click on ubertray and sign-out (2)Now, enable On-screen keyboard and type the password, observe the letters we are typing is seen first then its getting changed encrypted. Actual: Unnecessarily the typed letters are seen for a second and then its getting encrypted with On-screen keyboard Expected: It should be seen encrypted when we we type This is a Regression issue as same is working fine on M70 NOTE: Issue is also seen in M71 and issue is seen in lock screen also Attaching screencasts for reference..

C#2--> In Chrome://settings/lockScreen, if we type the password using VK, its seen as encrypted only. Re-opening the issue for confirmation. Attaching screencast for reference.. Thanks!

Confirmed the password typing show last character feature is also working on the lock screen.
