Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:63.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/63.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Google Chrome correctly. 2. Sync my google user account. 3. Close Google Chrome. 4. Try open Google Chrome again but it doesn't open. Please. Could you help me? I'm using Google Chrome in Windows and Mac versions and it works perfectly. What is the expected behavior? I expect that Google Chrome open always. What went wrong? I don't know. Did this work before? Yes Not sure. Chrome version: Google Chrome 70.0.3538.77 Channel: stable OS Version: Linuxmint 18.2 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 31.0 r0 Please. Could you help me? I'm using Google Chrome in Windows and Mac versions and it works perfectly.

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version #70.0.3538.77 and latest chrome #72.0.3599.0 using Ubuntu 17.10 by following steps as per comment#0. Observed that the chrome opened again. Attached screencast for reference. @reporter: Could you please restart the system then retry the issue by creating a new person without any apps and extensions in it, reset all flags to default on latest chrome and let us know if the issue still persists. Request you to confirm if the issue is specific to Linuxmint 18.2. Thanks.!
