(1)Sign-in to user>> Before syncing, observe WiFi icon is seen greyed out in ubertray and not visible properly for the first time immediately after signing in Actual: WiFi icon is seen greyed out in ubertray and not visible properly for the first time immediately after signing in Expected: No such issue should be seen NOTE: Issue is seen before account syncs with the device.. This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 70.0.3532.0/11014.0.0 dev Attaching screencast for reference..

The video doesn't show how long things remain in this state? If the wifi icon reappears after a second, this is clearly less serious than if, for instance, logging out and back in is necessary to make it appear again.

I think this is likely to happen by the same reason as Issue 880766, if it happens only right after OOBE and until the first refresh of the icon.
