White blank layout display with pressing down expanded character and Up arrow icon at the same time

REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to any Chinese or T13n keyboard
2.Switch to HW panel 
3.Tap any words , makes down arrow key displayed
4.Tap down icon to make expanded input view displayed
5.Press down any expanded character,at the same time press down Up arrow key with another hand 

Actual:
White blank layout displayed

Quickly repro steps;

1.In hw panel, long pressing down expanded view character not released 
at the same time , tapping  Up arrow icon ,will repro at once ;
