Regression: Grey Focus Highlight is not seen over Bookmark icon in omnibox on traversing focus using 'Tab' key

Chrome Version: 72.0.3597.0 (Official Build) Revision cceb705ae3f882977ab1777ff385d9309c8b4bad-refs/branch-heads/3597@{#1} (32/64-bit)

OS: Windows (7, 8, 8.1, 10) and Linux (14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome and bring focus over omnibox using 'F6' button.
(2) Now press 'Tab' key and Observe.

Actual Result: Grey Focus Highlight is not seen over Bookmark icon in omnibox on traversing focus using 'Tab' key.

Expected Result: Grey Focus Highlight should be seen over Bookmark icon in omnibox on traversing focus using 'Tab' key.

This is a Regression issue seen from 'M-72' and will provide the bisect info soon:
Good Build: 72.0.3595.0 (Revision: 603395)
Bad Build:  72.0.3596.0 (Revision: 603700)

NOTE: Issue is not seen on Mac (10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14.1).

Update:

[Unable to provide bisect using 1) Per-revision script as "RuntimeError: We don't have enough builds to bisect" error message is thrown and
				2) Chromium bisect script as "File is not a zip file" error is thrown.
Hence, providing suspect manually.)

What do you mean by f6?

The "F6" button is on the top of many regular desktop keyboards.

Are you actually testing on linux or windows? Focus highlighting never actually worked there.

My mistake, this bug doesn't actually have anything to do with chromevox. I'm not the proper owner for this.
