Some emojis truncate on the last tab.

REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to Emoji layout of any keyboard.
2.Go to the last tab.


Actual result: 
Some emojis truncate.

Expected:
It should be updated to avoid confusion.

This is similar to  crbug.com/807181  (note: bug reported for old UI, but exactly same issue remains on new UI). 

Primarily a UX issue, not an eng one:

- Floating KB is small by design.
- Floating KB can't be resized by design.
- Font size is tuned for single-letter small-width key label.

Reassigning to source UX advice.

NOTE: This last tab doesn't contain real emojis. They're emoticons (emoji-looking ASCII text). Not sure if they remain relevant in the long run. In any case, the UX issue remains, as we still have to solve them for layouts with multi-letter and/or large-width key labels (e.g. the Tamil example above).
