What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Install uBlock Origin, or Privacy Badger extensions
(2) Browse the internet, may be go to YouTube. Not sure if it is affected by any particular URLs.
(3) Notice that the count badges on both of those extensions appear empty.

What is the expected result?
The count badges show a count (a number).

What happens instead?
An empty badge is shown.
