Improve SSLPrivateKey logging on macOS

Follow-up bug for
https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/1292509

When that CL lands and SSLPrivateKey::GetProviderName lands, we should print out something suitable for macOS.

Moving to Available and changing to Task - this is the follow-up bug that I asked David to file to improve the diagnostics we log (e.g. which tokenkit token is involved). We have much lower fidelity on macOS than other platforms for the diagnostics, but it's sufficient to address this in follow-up from the linked CL.
