With network servicification of DRP, we might lose metrics coverage for some of the metrics from DRP_network_delegate, DRP_proxy_delegate and DRP_interceptor classes. Additionally, there might be some more metrics that we want to record in //net to better understand bypasses, proxy connection failures etc.

We should make a list of all the existing metrics that would no longer be recorded due to servicification. Note that not all of them may still be needed after servicification, so we would need to check with specific owners. Additionally, we should also list the new metrics that we want to record in //net.
