Issue descriptionThis is general question about shims on Chromebooks and the ShopFloor test. We are a service center and have lots of system boards that seem to be stuck in ShopFloor and will not let us finalize. I am trying to figure out what causes this, what can be done about, and how those boards are put in and out of ShopFloor. We have a former Linux admin on our staff and a large server that we would like to add the ability to do the ShopFloor on our own if thats possible. On a seperate issue, I have another CB that will not auto-rotate anymore. I can force it to rotate with CTRL, Shift, Refresh keys. It seems to be stuck in tablet mode as the on-screen keyboard pops up. We are trying to figure out these issues so we don't have to keep returning parts or sending CBs to Dell for service.
