ShopFloor test failed

Issue description

This is general question about shims on Chromebooks and the ShopFloor test.

We are a service center and have lots of system boards that seem to be stuck in ShopFloor and will not let us finalize.

I am trying to figure out what causes this, what can be done about, and how those boards are put in and out of ShopFloor.

We have a former Linux admin on our staff and a large server that we would like to add the ability to do the ShopFloor on our own if thats possible.



On a seperate issue, I have another CB that will not auto-rotate anymore. I can force it to rotate with CTRL, Shift, Refresh keys. It seems to be stuck in tablet mode as the on-screen keyboard pops up.

We are trying to figure out these issues so we don't have to keep returning parts or sending CBs to Dell for service.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
