Update list of hosts in diag_hosts

The list of hosts in diag_hosts is out of date with the support documentation listed on https://support.google.com/chrome/a/answer/6334001?hl=en&ref_topic=3504941

crosh: Update list for SSL connection test

This change adds chromeos-ca.gstatic.com to the list of hosts that
are tested by the --hosts flag for network_diag to keep it in sync
with the support site.
