15.3% regression in graphics_GLBench at 35750011114900000:35810001116500000

temperature is measured by autotes/files/client/bin/utils.py get_temperature_critical 

Maybe related to the recent glbench (CL:1286286)?

This CL seems like the cause, which clamps the temperature reading to 98C.
