Pre-requisites:
# Goto options menu>bookmarks>Show BookMarks bar is ticked
# Add multiple(10+) bookmarks so that more bookmarks button is available.
Repro:
# Turn on ChromeVox with Ctrl+Alt+Z
# open any page in chrome
# Use Ctrl + Previous page or Ctrl + Next page to navigate to the Bookmarks bar
# Use tab to navigate to the last bookmark visible in the bookmarks bar
Expected: The cursor should move to the main content of the page and the user should be able to navigate normally across the settings page
Actual: Cursor is stuck in bookmarks toolbar and not able to navigate to the settings page
Notes:
Not able to replicate in windows 10 with JAWS/NVDA
Checked with the Toolbar, however the issue is only with the BookMarks bar.
Workaround: Press tab to come out of the loop.

# Use Linear Navigation (Search + Right or Search + down arrow) to navigate through the Settings>Appearance and click enter
# Linear navigate in the Appearance page to the Show Home Button and go through the radio button choices
Expected: ChromeVox should read aloud the radio option choices once with which one being selected
Actual: ChromeVox reads the options aloud repeatedly (specifically its read aloud 3 times in Dev and more than 10 times in canary!)
