Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Fiddle to demonstrate the problem: https://jsfiddle.net/5ocrmL38/2/ 1. Turn on the 'Ask where to save each file before downloading' setting 2. Click on a button that will trigger multiple downloads 3. Click allow multiple downloads (if you haven't already for that website) 4. Choose where to save the first file What is the expected behavior? The save as dialog should show for the second file to allow you to choose where to save it as well. What went wrong? The save as dialog does not show for the second file, and the 'active downloads' sticker on the Chrome icon will get stuck, and increase each time you attempt to download multiple files. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.13.6 Flash Version: I've been told this doesn't happen on Windows, so it might be macOS specific.

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version #69.0.3497.100 and latest chrome #70.0.3538.77 on Mac 10.13.6 by following below steps. Steps: ===== 1.Launched chrome. 2.Navigated to "chrome://settings" and turned on "Ask where to save each file before downloading" setting. 3.Selected "allow multiple downloads". 4.Clicked on download button multiple times, observed that every time before the file gets to download it asks for the location where the file should get downloaded. Attached screencast for reference. @reporter: Could you please review the attached screencast and let us know if anything is being missed here. Request you to check the issue on latest stable, you can download the latest stable from-"https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel". Thanks.!

The single click should download 2 files, test1 and test2, not just test1. I notice that most of the times you clicked download, only a single file was downloaded.

I updated to M70 and this bug is fixed there, I've attached a screencast of this issue in M69, and then the working behaviour in M70. Think this can be closed then
