What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign-in to user>> Navigate to chrome://settings/lockScreen
(2)Click on Set-up pin/Change Pin option, now tab until focus reaches any digit and enter on the digit>> Observe the digits getting entered but cursor is missing in the text field, but if we click using mouse, cursor is seen
Actual: Cursor is missing when Pin is entered by tabbing and entering on any digit in Set-up Pin overlay of chrome://settings/lockScreen
Expected: Cursor should be seen
This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M62
NOTE: Issue is seen on M69, M70 and M72 also
