REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to Pinyin keyboard
2.Switch to any T13n keyboard again
3.Go to HW panel 
4.Draw sth, then press ctrl_space key to switch between Pinyin and T13n keyboard
5.Repeat above steps several times

Actual:
Highlight focus on first line will auto moved to <switch button> or <setting> button 

refers to attached video

1.Tried between xkb and other keyboards more times, this issue not repros
