Menu list from opt-in menu should dimiss vk header

REPRO STEPS:
1.Open menu list from keyboard -> Check the menu list.
2.Open menu list from opt-in menu -> Check the menu list.


Actual result: 
1.VK headers (e.g. US) do not show.
2.VK headers (e.g. US) still show.

Expected:
Menu list should keep the same with it from VK.

Do you mean “US” item doesn't exist in language menu of VK, but it exist in menu of shelf?

Or shelf menus has subitems, but VK menus doesn't have?
If you means the later one. It's WAI.

I mean the first one: The header,e.g. US doesn't exist in language menu of VK, but it exist in menu of shelf.(screenshots attached FYI)
