Confirmation link not available when deleting Chromebook user with long email address

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.77 Safari/537.36 Platform: 11021.56.0 (Official Build) stable-channel candy Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. At the Chromebook login screen, select "remove this user" from the down-arrow menu 2. The error is present on the succeeding menu: if the account email is too long, the final confirmation link is not rendered in the menu What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? If the flow of the text in the dialog is wrong because the account email is longer than expected, there is no link/button in the confirmation dialog to perform the actual deletion. Did this work before? Yes 69.x.x.x Chrome version: 70.0.3538.76 (64-bit) Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.13.6 Flash Version: n/a
