Mouse pointer disappears sometimes on playstore app on changing page zoom or screen resolution

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Playstore app 
2. Open Settings -> Appearance section 
3. Change Page zoom to a higher value than default(100%)
   (or)
   Change screen resolution using (Ctrl + Shift + '+') or (Ctrl + Shift + '-')
4. Hover mouse pointer over Playstore app

What is the expected result?
Mouse pointer should be visible.

What happens instead?
Mouse pointer is not visible on Playstore window. It is visible on other windows.

Issue is not 100% reproducible always.
