currently bookmarks are added when users get to the email & google apps module, and stay added if user navigates away (including back button or refresh).

We want to change the behavior to only keep bookmarks if the user explicitly click "next", and be reverted if user does anything else.

note: we previously achieved this behavior by removing in window's 'beforeunload' event.
