Bisect points to https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/1286204 as the culprit. Probably a duplicate of  Issue 897084 .

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
This is due to onion-souping of DOMStorage, where we move the LocalStorage & SessionStorage data caching from content/ to blink/. So we expect the allocated object size to increase in blink, but stay the same overall.
