What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Navigate to the payment page on https://pay.imaginepay.com
  (ask me if you need account information to get to a payment page)
(2) fill in the credit card number and select something from the saved cards dropdown

What is the expected result?
(3) the form is filled in

What happens instead?
(3) the credit card field is filled in.
  the expiration date fields is not
  the CCV field is not
