The new dependency added to rlz in r582698 has caused setup.exe to grow. In my release component build, it went from 1,852,928 bytes to 2,874,368 bytes (a 55% increase). I suspect this could be remedied by creating a new source_set within rlz that includes only the bits needed by Chrome's installer; specifically:

rlz_lib::AccessPoint
rlz_lib::ClearProductState
rlz_lib::SupplementaryBranding

I would have marked this RBS if the change hadn't already reached stable (M70). Please fix in M72. Thanks.
