Colorpicker is lighten the color I'm trying to pick.

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_14_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.77 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open devtools and inspect some colored element
2. Click on it's color to open colopicker
3. Remember current color value and then click with colorpicker on selected element.

What is the expected behavior?
Get the same color in colorpicker.

What went wrong?
Chosen color is lighter than it really is.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 70.0.3538.77  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.14.0

Thanks for filling the issue...

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 70.0.3538.77 using Mac 10.14.0 . Attaching screencast for reference.
Steps: 
---------
1. Launched reported chrome 
2. Opened devtools and inspected some colored element
3. inspected on colors to open color picker
As we have observed that the same color in colorpicker

@Reporter: Can you verify this issue with fresh profile that is not having any extensions and apps or reset all the flags. Let us know whether issue still persists.

Thanks for the report.  I'm also unable to reproduce the issue on Linux, Mac.

Is your system running color-correction software?  e.g. Flux?  DevTools will try to get the actual color that is being displayed, so in this case, it is expected behavior.

The only reason is custom color picker extension. Issue is not actual any more. Thanks!
