Down arrow icon should be change to Up arrow in expanded input view

REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to any keyboard with expanded view
2.Tap any words, press Down arrow key to expand input view
3.Check arrow UI 

Actual result: 
Arrow still display down arrow , it should change to Up arrow
