vsh fails to connect to VM from crosh |

Issue descriptionOn Chrome OS 11203.0.0 on a kevin I can start Crostini from the terminal app in Chrome and get a terminal that way. But if I go to crosh and do 'vsh termina' then it fails. In crosh it says: "Failed to read message size from socket: Resource temporarily unavailable", "Failed to receive response from vshd" In /var/log/messages it says 'Failed to accept connection from client: Invalid argument'.
